Official Rules for the Mighty Foam Clean and Win Facebook Competition:
Eligibility: The competition is open to all Facebook users who are at least 18 years of age or older.
How to Enter: To enter the competition, participants must follow these steps:
- Use any Mighty Foam product and take a photo of yourself using the product.
- Share the photo on your Facebook profile, and tag the Sterling Products Limited Facebook page.
- Use the hashtag #foamcleanandwin in the caption of your post.
Prize Details: The top three photos with the most likes at the end of the month will receive cash prizes. The first-place winner will receive $100,000, the second-place winner will receive $75,000, and the third-place winner will receive $50,000.
Winner Selection: The winners will be determined based on the highest number of likes received on their photo at the end of the month. The top three photos with the most likes will be declared the winners.
Notification of Winners: The winners will be notified through Facebook Messenger within seven (7) days of the end of the competition. If the winners do not respond within 48 hours of being notified, their prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.
Publicity: By entering the competition, participants grant Sterling Products Limited the right to use their name, image, and likeness in any advertising or promotional materials related to the competition.
General Conditions: Sterling Products Limited reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition at any time without notice. The company also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or attempts to tamper with the competition.
Release of Liability: By entering the competition, participants release Sterling Products Limited and its affiliates from any liability associated with the competition or the prize.
Governing Law: The competition is governed by the laws of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana where Sterling Products Limited is located.
Privacy Policy: Sterling Products Limited respects the privacy of its participants and will only use their personal information for the purpose of administering the competition.
