Our six-week Work Study Attachment Programme at Sterling Products Limited has officially come to an end, and what a rewarding journey it has been! It was truly inspiring to see our young participants grow in confidence, professionalism, and skill as they experienced real world work environments across various departments. From assisting with export documentation to learning about manufacturing processes, these students embraced every opportunity with enthusiasm.
Mr. Sammy, the Finance Controller, reflected on how quickly the six weeks passed and encouraged the students to appreciate the difference between academic learning and real-world work. He emphasized the importance of education as a foundation for success and assured them that the shortened attachment was designed to support their transition into university.
Additionally our QHSE Manager Mr. Robert Ross praised the students’ positive attitude, dedication, and willingness to learn. He reminded them that while CSEC results are important, true success also lies in character, growth, and determination.
